Aquafitness at the Erlebnisbad Wallbach
Movement in the water combines training with lightness. In the aquafitness classes at the Erlebnisbad Wallbach in Lenk im Simmental, endurance, strength and mobility take centre stage – without putting strain on the joints. The training is suitable for different fitness levels and takes place in a pleasant atmosphere.
Course information
The aquafitness classes are led by Sonja Zeller. She is a qualified Aqua Power instructor and holds Qualicert recognition. Some health insurance providers contribute to the course costs. Training takes place in water heated to 29°C.
Classes take place on Mondays at 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm, and on Wednesdays at 8.30 am and 9.30 am. Making up or rescheduling lessons is only possible in consultation with the instructor.
